The program was to convert an existing 1,407.51 SF one family house to a dream Family Residence. New Two Story with large Living, Kitchen, Breakfast counter within the Kitchen, Dining Spaces, Two bedrooms and One Study Room plus Three attached Car Garages on the First Floor. The Second Floor shall all be individual Bedrooms for the comfort of each family member with private bathrooms. The Master Bedroom shall not be close to other family members Bedrooms and must have special Tropical like Bathroom features.

Double Height Entry Foyer with classical Stair configuration, Balcony, wood decorated Wall paneling accentuate the grandiose Foyer space. Spaces on the first floor were categorized and sectionalized as public and semipublic. Spaces on the second Floor were categorized as private and exclusively private. The master bedroom and one other bedroom have good views of the entire yard with privately enclosed balcony facing the South for all year round usage.

 Finally, the façade and interior elements depict some classical features.
